We’re pretty sure that at least one Disney story involves a life lesson how you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and it’s what’s on the inside that matters and how important it is to express your individualism.
Apparently, the head hunters at Disney World don’t follow these ethical rules, as many employees have complained about strict dress codes and discriminations in the interview process according to their looks. In an interview, someone who was trying to get a job at the park expressed his frustration saying ‘Got an interview to work on the Disney cruise line! Unfortunately I have tattoos, piercings and brightly colored hair and that is not accepted.’
