The screenwriter of Dirty Dancing, Eleanor Bergstein, wrote another dance film after the mind-blowing success of Dirty Dancing. Because how could you not, really? In 1995, Bergstein wrote and directed the film Let It Be Me with actors Campbell Scott and Jennifer Beals.
The film was nowhere near the hit Dirty Dancing was, unfortunately, but she did give it a try! Bergstein really did manage to succeed after Dirty Dancing when she adapted the script of Dirty Dancing to the stage.
