Rob Lowe might be a big name in the entertainment industry, but he’s made quite a few missteps throughout his career. The 1989 Academy Awards was one of them, with the actor opening the show in a very bizarre fashion.
He and a woman dressed up as Snow White did a duet for the audience, a performance which wasn’t too well received. Their song was so controversial, in fact, that the Academy Awards got sued by Disney for their use of Snow White. This was a truly unforgivable mistake.
