Olivia Newton John’s role as Sandy in the 1978 smash hit musical Grease, in which she starred alongside John Travolta in roles that made them both stars brought her to where she is today.
The singer and actress released 14 hit singles during the 1980s, including the well known ‘’Physical.’’ Her career certainly did not end in the ’80s, however, and she is still a resident performer in the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel, where she ended up staying several years.
