Deniece Williams

She had originally planned on studying to become a nurse and anesthetist but dropped out and had been performing on the side at the time at a club. In the 1970’s she became a backup singer for Stevie Wonder in ‘Wonderlove’, and left him in 1975 for Columbia Records, where she reached great fame with songs such as ‘Too Much, Too Little, Too Late’’. Due to a lack of promotion however, her fame faded over the years.
