In a history making moment, we see race organizers trying to stop Kathrine Switzer from completing her Boston Marathon run in 1967.
The attempted halt was unsuccessful and Switzer became the first woman to finish The Boston Marathon. We are happy to report that many of these angering situations are no longer valid and that there is nothing stopping a woman from attempting any feat she thinks she can handle.
