[post_page_title]The King’s Speech: The king was wearing the wrong kilt[/post_page_title]
Colin Firth gave the performance of his lifetime in the 2010 film, The King’s Speech. His role was important on so many levels, and he had prepared for it for a very long time beforehand. Firth played Prince Albert of England who has a speech impediment. However, in one of the scenes, the King is wearing an Irish design on his kilt. If they wanted to be extra accurate though, he should have been wearing a Scottish Balmoral model.
