Did you have any idea that Lydia from Breaking Bad was a Brit? Actually, scratch that – Laura Fraser is Scottish, to be politically and geographically correct. Fraser was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama after high school. She began her acting career on a few BBC television series before starring in A Knight’s Tale with Heath Ledger and Vanilla Sky, alongside Tom Cruise. A Scottish accent can be tricky to tuck behind American dialect – talk about an impressive feat!
