Funny man and brilliant actor, Jim Carrey, is one good salesman. In 2002, Carrey bought this ocean view home for $9.75 million and enjoyed it for a number of years before putting it back on the market at a ridiculous profit. He asked for $18 million but eventually got $13.4 million for it. We don’t know why Carrey was even complaining, the profit he made on this house is as if he made another movie that year!
