Seinfeld immediately comes to mind, with the sitcom’s final episode being watched by 76.3 million people. It was huge… and it still couldn’t hold a candle to Game of Thrones. This epic fantasy series is nearing its final season, and all of its divergent plot lines and characters are about to come together for one final blowout.
A smash hit – with both critics and viewers – since its first season in 2011, Game of Thrones has had more twists and turns than we can count, seemingly relishing in defying fans’ expectations. And throughout every beloved character the show blindsided us by sending to an early grave, we’ve persevered. Our reward? To finally find out which Stark, Targaryen, and Lannister is going to make it through the finale – and which is going to be sent to the big Wall in the sky.
