There are few things that can hurt a person as hard as losing a loved one. And Luke Bryan knows this better than anyone. The painful cries that you hear in his songs were never something fake or made up – they were real emotions that he summoned based off of life experiences. To lose someone special in your life, the wise might say that death is simply a part of life, so we should all just accept it. While this may be true, some people unfortunately leave this world sooner than others do, and Luke Bryan knows this quite well.
This is a man who was dealt a great deal of rough hands. They say that nothing in life comes free, and when you consider that Luke Bryan is among the wealthiest men alive today, you’ll find that this statement rings all too true for him. He went through some serious hardships, not only on his way to stardom, but even after he’d already become one. Yes, he certainly had to pay his dues, to the point where he even pushed off pursuing his musical career for over a decade, right after he thought he was it was his time to shine.
Of course, as we know, it eventually was his time to shine, and we are grateful that he finally shined his graceful light upon all of us. Luke is about as country as it gets, hailing from the Southern state of Georgia, and mixing the roots of the genre with his own unique flair as well. He’s taken the hardships that life has thrown his way, and in turn he’s transformed it all into something greater. Something that we can all be inspired by.
