But one more way we love to enjoy the summer is to make some of the yummiest smoothies to cool us down from the intense heat. Not only does this keep us hydrated, but it’s also a great way to get the all important vitamins, minerals, and fruits into your body in a delicious way. What could be better? Green Goddess Smoothie
